Refund Policy: Your Satisfaction, Our Commitment

At VibeMart, we are dedicated to providing products that enhance your shopping experience. We stand behind the quality and design of every item we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at srecibussines@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at srecibussines@gmail.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at srecibussines@gmail.com.
